Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time depending on the design.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

**During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Local Pickup (Mesa, Arizona)

We proudly offer FREE local pickup for customers in the Mesa, Arizona area.

When your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirming it's available for pickup.

Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive separately depending on production times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

FlipHer Finds is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
