Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Because most FlipHer Finds products are custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were customized specifically for you.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll gladly work with you to make it right.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available for custom items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
